Shreya spent her entire childhood at her mom's salon, captivated by the transformation her mother brought to clients through hair and makeup. It was there she discovered her own passion and knew she wanted to follow in her footsteps. After graduating, she trained at the prestigious Delamar Academy in London, learning from some of the most renowned international artists.

Back in India, she went on to collaborate with leading names in Bollywood and the fashion industry before launching her own hair and makeup studio in Delhi. Daily interactions with clients made her realize how deeply hair affects self-esteem — its power to build or break confidence is immense, yet options are often limited. Motivated to bridge that gap, she set out to offer innovative solutions for hair problems and styling needs.

With an MBA from NMIMS and an undergraduate degree from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University, Ayushi brings over a decade of business and entrepreneurial experience to Strands. Her sharp understanding of brand building, operations, and customer experience forms the backbone of how Strands runs — from seamless product discovery to a customer journey that truly puts people first. For Ayushi, Strands is the natural convergence of her business instincts and a deep belief that confidence begins with feeling good in your own skin.
